To place your order :-

  1. You will need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you will need to sign up before proceeding.
  2. Click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  3. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into your shopping bag, or click “Checkout” to proceed to the payment page.
  4. Confirm your shipping address and select your payment method.
  5. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the purchasing process.
  6. Your purchase will then proceed to be delivery! 

Sorry, we do not accommodate to order cancellations at the moment. 

We only accept transactions in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

Casings and other accessories are not covered under warranty, unless otherwise specified. 

We deliver to anywhere within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery to East Malaysia is subjected to a minimum purchase of RM80.

Orders of RM100 and below are subjected to shipping charges of RM6 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia. All orders of over RM100 are entitled to enjoy free delivery. Typically you will receive your package fulfilled by GDex within 1 to 3 working days.

Note: Delivery time may be affected during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period. We seek your kind understanding and bear with us during this period. 

Log in to your account and click on “Order History” to check for your order delivery status. All deliveries will be fulfilled by GDex. 

Please send an email to info@globalsynergyconcepts.com.my with the message title “Request to exchange/return/refund” and include the reason(s) that you wish to exchange/return the item(s) purchased from this website. Our customer service representative will then respond to your request accordingly.

The returned item(s) must be sent back in its original packaging (including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation). Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure your request is processed promptly.
